About Us

Bunkhouse Ranch Steaks was founded by two partners with a shared passion for premium beef and over 85 years of combined experience in the beef industry. After decades of working across every part of the supply chain—from sourcing to processing to distribution—we saw a gap in the U.S. market for consistent, high-quality steak that delivers on both flavor and integrity.

That passion led us to Uruguay, where we partnered with a Pando/San Jacinto, a trusted producer known for its exceptional cattle-raising standards and ideal natural environment. Together, we built a program focused on quality over quantity—offering Grain Fed Black Angus, 200-day grain-fed (Prime Quality), and grass-fed beef lines that meet the highest standards, free of hormones and antibiotics.

Grass-Fed

Delicately tender and naturally flavorful, our Filet Mignon is aged for 21 days to unlock incredible texture and taste.
